Andrés Goteira, Spain Comes from Galicia, Spain. He studied telecommunications engineering in Vigo and sound design in A Coruña. Director and scriptwriter by vocation, ‘Dhogs’ is his first feature film and has received no less than 13 awards from Mestre Mateo, the Galician Oscars, of which he was awarded Best Edition, Best Director and Best Screenplay. Since its premiere at BAFICI in Buenos Aires, the film has been shown at many festivals on the international circuit, including the Split Festival, where it won the grand prix. The film also won the Critics Award at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival and a mention to Best Promising Director at the Sitges Film Festival, among other festivals around the world. He is currently writing his new Psycho-Triller film ‘Starmucks’ and starting the pre-production of the Creative-Documentary ‘Welcome to ma ma maison’.
Joško Jerončić, Croatia Graduated film and TV directing. Worked as a director on several TV formats (documentary, daily and variety) produced at the local station TV Marjan and an associate for Associated Press Television (editor, producer). For several years, Joško has been teaching at the private TV Academy Jadran and the University of Split Academy of Arts, as senior lecturer in courses Expressive Elements of Motion Pictures, Introduction to Film History and Art Film and Video. Author of several documentary, short fiction and commercial films and one mid-length fiction film. Director of the Multimedia Cultural Centre Split.
Maja Krajnc, Slovenia Since 2011 editor in chief of 2011 of Kino! magazine and president of Association for development of film culture Kino! She edited 24 issues of KINO! magazine, Cinéma contre spectacle by Jean-Louis Comolli, L’Hypothèse cinéma by Alain Bergala and Camera politica by Emmanuel Barrot. She publishes in various magazines, contributes to film theory compendiums and prepares educational material for secondary and high school at programme “Kino-katedra” at Slovenian Cinematheque (where she has published Osnove filmske ustvarjalnosti [Foundation of film art]); and holds lectures and leads discussions after film projections, as well as coordinates (and mentors at) the programmes Understanding Film (Slovenian Cinematheque) and Sharpening the Gaze, which she has founded.

Grand Prix goes to Roman Bondarchuk’s VOLCANO, UA/DE, 2018, a multi-layered fairy tale that at the same time depicts a bitter reality with an ease.
HONORABLE MENTION
Special mention (Honorable Mention) goes to Sonja Prosenc’s HISTORY OF LOVE SI 201: with great amount of sensibility and unique aesthetics the film deals with a traumatic experience.
