Young actors, a premiere in New York, cooperation with the well known director on a challenging theater show. Inexperienced film crew follows a preparation for a premiere that lasted for a several months, but simultaneously experiences production ‘confusions’ so they are turned to protagonists as well. Both teams, a film and a theater crew will experience pressures and expectations at the starting point of their future professional lives. Film that started as ‘making of’ has developed to a creative documentary.
Lana Kosovac
Graduated in Political Science from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb and Film and TV Directing at the Academy of Dramatic Art. Her student films have been shown at numerous domestic and international film festivals. Short documentary ‘Park ljubavi’ has been awarded with the audience award at the Liburnia Film Festival 2014, while short feature ‘I Hate You’ has won the award for best domestic film at Tabor Film Festival 2014. ‘Confusions’ is her first feature documentary film. She is active as Kinoklub member where she is a head of Film School and also teaches screenwriting and film directing.
