FAR AWAY CLOUDS
OBLACI SU DALEKO
Croatia , 2021, 16′
A lonely girl spends her days in silent anticipation. Her grandma, bed bound while awaiting death, feels like a weight under which she lost her youth. Grandma’s death would mean salvation for them both. The girl is not so sure anymore, if she’s awaiting the end for the sake of her grandmother or out of her own need to be set free. As she roams the city, four unusual characters invite themselves to play in it, hidden from the eyes of grown ups.
